Greg Briggler

  Greg Briggler, the third and final member of the horn section handles trombone duties.  Greg was born on August 15, 1974 in Texas and now lives in New York City.  He is a graduate from the University of North Texas College of Music in Denton, TX, is part of the Greenwich Village Orchestra, and was found on the road with Davy in '04.

Sam Albright

   Sam Albright, the second member of the Monkees 2001/2002 dancing horn section plays saxophone.  Sam was born in Indiana on 8/16/76 and now resides in Brooklyn, NY. Sam is not just a saxophone player, he can also play flute, keyboards, clarinet, violin and is just now learning to play guitar. He was also in the modern rock band, Smit-Haus, but parted ways with the band in 2002. They released an album before Sam left in 2002, which can be bought at http://www.smithaus.com/ Sam continued his stage antics on Davy's tour in 2004.
Eric Biondo

  Eric Biondo, part of the widely popular dancing horn section plays trumpet on the tours.  Eric was born on August 16, 1977 and was with Davy during his solo concerts in 2004 & early 2005. Eric has also released a few solo albums that can be ordered with the following information:

Dave Alexander

   Dave Alexander plays keyboards and does backround vocals for the Monkees 2001/2002 tours. Nicknamed "Loafy" for his ability to impersonate Meat Loaf, Dave can also play guitar. He was was the Monkees' stage technician for their 1997 tour and has toured with Davy for his solo tours many years as the musical director, in addition to playing keyboards. Along with Renino and Maloney, he played on Davy's "Just Me" album, handling keyboards, percussion, and vocals. Dave can be found traveling with Micky & Davy in 2007.
Aviva Maloney

  Aviva Maloney, the band's only woman member handles the saxophone, flute, keyboards, and backround vocals. She also toured with the guys in 1996 and 1997 as well as touring with Davy on his solo tours for many years after previously working with Peter. Aviva has formerly worked with Marty Balin, Craig Chaquico, & others. Also, she played saxophone, persussion, and vocals on Davy's 2001 solo album "Just Me," and released a solo album titled "Reed My Mind" in 1998, which is available online. Aviva will be playing with Davy on his solo tour in 2007.
Wayne Avers

  Wayne Avers is the 2001/2002 tours' talented guitarist and does backround vocals.  He has also released a solo contemporary jazz album.  Wayne is no rookie to the Monkees reunion tours, as he played guitar on the 1996 and 1997 Monkees tours as well as touring with Micky and Davy in 1994 and 1995 on their "Together Again" Tour along with Jerry Renino.  Furthermore, he played on fellow band member, Aviva Maloney's 1998 solo album. For 2007, watch for Wayne on the road with Micky on his solo concerts.
Sandy Gennaro

  Sandy Gennaro is the Monkees' 2001/2002 drummer and percussionist. He's toured or recorded with many other artists and groups too, such as Blackjack, Pete Cowling, Junkyard Angels, at Thrall, Michael Schrieve, Jan Mullaney, Barry Mraz, Dennis MacKay, Bruce Kulick, Michael Bolotin, Tommy Aldridge, Jimmy Haslip, Benny Mardones, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Don Harriss, Pat Travers Band, Cyndi Lauper, Mamas & Papas, Lou Christie, Johnny Winter. Along with many of the other band members he's also been with Monkees on other tours. He toured with the Monkees in 1987 and 1997 and has toured with Davy for many years on his solo tours, including 2004's concerts. He now tours with Micky as well as with other bands. Jerry Renino

   Jerry Renino is the band's bassist and backround vocalist. For both years he has been the tour's Musical Director. Jerry is no stanger when it comes to touring with the Monkees, he's also been involved in the 1989 and 1996-1997 reunion tours.  He's also been in a band called AMTRAK. In the early 80s, he worked with Peter in the Peter Tork Project and in 1994 and 1995 he toured with Micky & Davy for their "Together Again" Tour. Additionally, he played bass on Davy's 2001 solo album "Just Me." Unfortunately, Jerry passed away in early 2007 and is no longer with us.
